microsoft continues to make my life miserable

my mom can't get her resume to work, 'cause she used the infinitely superior wordperfect to set it up and is trying to keep the formatting when she opens it in the shitacular ms word.

this is an issue because she is whining to no end at me. why can't she open it this way? why does she lose the formatting? i tell her the answers again and again. she doesn't listen. she e-mails my brother-in-law who specializes in all things computery, and he tells her to open the file the way i told her to open it. she still loses her formatting, so she's still pissy. whine whine.

i told her the only way she can keep the formatting is to get wordperfect for her new pc.

does she listen?
